Bcos when you lock someone up...you pretty much forget about the person. Education means semester report cards, test scores, cafeteria food, transportation, textbooks...e.t.c

ceecee, yes. "you pretty much forget about the person." That is until they get out. We watch the dropout rates climb, the prison rates climb and our competitive advantage in the world fall and we stand silent. Is it racism? Is it an unexpected national self destructive instinct?
